Olympic Stadium
View from back seat in stadium, still shit but not as bad as first though, think I'll change my preference of being behind a goal though from now on

Re: Olympic Stadium
I'd guess that the seating plan will change completely by the time we take over the stadium. There will be a lot of corporate seating, for a start, and I reckon the seating pitch will be steeper with retractable seating, at least behind the goals.
I'm hoping that they'll offer season ticket holders a stadium tour to help us decide our seat preference before we renew, but at the moment like you I'm thinking my new seat won't be behind the goal.

Re: Olympic Stadium
It seems as fecking steep as Newcastle away section at the moment and that feels like fecking 180 degrees already, only going by video though, hopefully it isn't that bad

Re: Olympic Stadium
It's not even a video, just a camcorder. If it looks like 180 degress, that's because the seats aren't in yet.

Having that running track will really spoil it though.

What about if it's got seating over it?

Well it'd certainly make the 10,000 metres more entertaining

You think Bury will be promoted to the Premiership by 2014? Optimistic, I'd say.

Re: Olympic Stadium
Hearn started making noises about this a few weeks ago, I suspect he can sniff compensation. Now, the minute the Davids bought West Ham over a year ago they made their intentions clear about the stadium, and the Spurs bid was also launched months ago. Why wait till now? I reckon he's after a bung from Newham council, or a cut price deal on the Hockey Stadium.
