If we were Spuds, eh? Still, beating a more-or-less full-strength Man C side is better than losing to'em, especially since it's the last game before the serious stuff starts, so well done you Gunners and keep it up. Ramsey and Walcott were the stand-out performers by all accounts and since both are often the subject of criticism (albeit sometimes justified) let's hope this shows the way to a fine season for both. We're a bit short on depth so I'm still looking for those 2 or 3 signings Arsene but hey, way to go! 

Ramsey is establishing himself as a really important part of our squad.
It's amazing how many times those who feel the ire of the crowds become their favourites.
It sometimes happen the other way round too.

Ramsey seems to have got his confidence back towards the end of last season. He certainly is a good player. Most teams have a player the fans seem to pick on, sometimes fairly, sometimes not

I've always had a lot of time for the work-horses of a team - the Ray Parlours - people slag them off no end but without these sort of players a team can't function. Ramsey has (hopefully ) recovered from an horrendous injury (ShawcrossCnut) and will now go on to show us just how dynamic he can be - I'm almost ready to celebrate!
